The Platysma is a large sheet of muscle in the neck that constantly pulls the lower face downwards. The Nefertiti Lift involves injecting toxin along the jawline and into the neck bands. This relaxes the downward pull, allowing the facial muscles to lift the jawline back up, creating a sharper, tighter definition.
