A dimpled or "orange peel" texture on the chin is caused by a hyperactive Mentalis muscle. When this muscle contracts, it pulls the skin inward, creating pitting. We use toxin to relax the muscle, smoothing the skin surface and often dropping the chin slightly for a better profile.
