PLINEST® (POLYNUCLEOTIDES) - FACE & EYES IN MANCHESTER
Polynucleotides (PN) represent the gold standard in regenerative medicine. Unlike dermal fillers which add volume, Plinest® contains highly purified DNA fractions (derived from trout) that biologically signal your cells to repair themselves. This reduces inflammation, stimulates fibroblast activity, and increases collagen production.
Clinical Indications:
Dark Circles: Thickens the thin skin under the eyes to hide vascular shadowing.
Acne Scarring: Remodels fibrous scar tissue.
Rosacea: Reduces underlying inflammation and redness.
Crepey Skin: Improves skin density on the neck and face.
Protocol
Time: 60 minutes.
Technique: Micro-injections or cannula.
Course: 3-4 sessions spaced 3 weeks apart.
rECOVERY
Swelling: Under-eye swelling can persist for 2-3 days (longer than standard boosters).
Bumps: Injection blebs visible for 24-48 hours.
It is a very tolerable procedure and topical numnbing creams are used.
